If you are unhappy with the authenticity or provenance of items purchased for any reason, please contact us immediately within 7 working days of the receipt of your items. Please note that the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000 do not apply to items sold by auction and are therefore not applicable to any items purchased via the OWC Website.

Items offered for sale may contain damage in the form of rips, scratches, tears, rust, dents and more on bottles and boxes. We attempt to highlight this damage within the lot description. However, if a cause for concern is not mentioned, but is clearly visible within the images displayed on the lot page to our customers, the buyer of the lot will be deemed to have seen this damage and has no claim or right to a refund.
